  1.1.1. Overview

  The 3D scanning deformation measurement radar is an innovative engineering inspection and monitoring equipment based on advanced technologies such as high-resolution radar 3D imaging and microwave phase interferometry. It features immunity to rain, snow, fog, smoke, and flames, operates independently of lighting conditions and is capable of 3D modeling and mapping of scenes with high deformation measurement accuracy. Additionally, it is lightweight, compact, and highly durable, enabling rapid deployment in complex engineering environments. This system allows for detailed 3D scene reconstruction and real-time monitoring of minute deformations, providing accurate and rapid warnings for potential engineering disasters or geological hazards. It serves as an effective safeguard for the safety of on-site construction, emergency rescue personnel and equipment.


  1.1.2. Main features

  The device adopts millimeter-wave continuous-wave radar technology, enabling all-weather, day-and-night operation. It is unaffected by smoke, flames or lighting conditions, offering excellent environmental adaptability;

  Using high-resolution 3D radar imaging technology, the device can perform high-resolution imaging of a 360°×90° hemispherical space, enabling 3D reconstruction of the monitored scene with a mapping accuracy better than5cm (radial);

  With microwave phase interferometry, the deformation measurement accuracy reaches 0.1 mm,and the deformation field can be directly overlaid on the 3D scene model acquired by the device;

  The device supports configurable data update and upload rates,allowing flexible trade-offs between response time,radar power consumption,and transmission bandwidth;

  The device can be integrated with external camera monitoring devices for image/video recording and surveillance of hazard-prone areas,enabling radar-vision fusion monitoring;

  The system boasts an IP66protection rating and operates in temperatures ranging from-25℃to 55℃(expandableto-40°Cto65°℃),making it suitable for long-term unattended operation in harsh outdoor environments.
