Embedded Software Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for developing embedded software related to the company's new products and improving the design of existing products;
2. Responsible for submitting technical documents related to the development process, including R&D plans, software flowcharts, software agreements, source code, etc;
3. Responsible for the preparation of company software product documentation, participating in requirement analysis and technical evaluation, writing design proposals and development documents, and controlling software versions;
4. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
Qualifications for the position:
1. Having a certain hardware foundation, familiar with the application and design of various microcontrollers and peripheral circuits;
2. Proficient in using embedded C programming language, ARM microcontroller, FPGA, etc;
3. Familiar with digital and analog circuits, able to independently plan hardware circuits and software programming according to customer requirements.
4. Proficient in MCU peripherals such as I2C, SPI, UART, etc;
5. Proficient in microcontroller C language and able to independently develop software;
6. Has good communication and coordination skills as well as a sense of teamwork.
 
Hardware Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with superiors to plan new product development plans and create a new product development schedule;
2. Responsible for the design and development of hardware boards and logic circuits for the product;
3. Complete overall scheme design, component selection, schematic design, debugging and testing, maintenance and other work according to project requirements;
4. Responsible for searching, confirming, and purchasing material manufacturers for new products (electronic part);
5. Complete the preparation of various documents and standardized materials required by the national military standards;
6. Cooperate with process personnel to provide training and guidance to technical personnel in the production department to produce hardware for this unit;
7. Responsible for product quality control and improvement work (electronic part) before the new product appraisal meeting and trial production pass;
8. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
Qualifications for the position:
1. Educational requirements: Bachelor's degree or above
2. Professional requirements: Electronic Information, Automation, Measurement and Control Technology and Instruments, and related majors
3. Experience requirement: 5 years or more of relevant work experience.
4. Skill requirements:
1) More than 4 years of experience in electronic product hardware design, strong circuit analysis and design capabilities, and strong debugging and problem-solving skills;
2) Proficient in digital and analog circuits, familiar with STM and other microcontroller principles and peripheral hardware circuits, familiar with EMC processing, and relevant safety requirements;
3) Familiar with circuit design software and proficient in PCB design software;
4) Familiar with project coordination and control, with good communication and coordination skills, and a strong team spirit.
 
Software Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and upgrade measurement and control software according to project requirements;
2. Capable of independently undertaking C++software development, proficient in database and interface design work;
3. Writing relevant technical documents.
Qualifications for the position:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in relevant majors such as electronics, communication, optics, computer science, etc;
2. Familiar with C++software, proficient in SQL Server, Access, SQL ite and other related databases;
3. Proficient in network development technologies such as TCPIP and UDP;
4. Familiarity with GPIB, USB, RS232, PXI interfaces is preferred;

Test Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop testing plans and schemes for testing products;
2. Design and execute test cases to test the functionality, performance, security, and other aspects of the product;
3. Implement effective testing activities, analyze test results, provide professional reports, closely collaborate with other departments, track defects, and promote timely repairs;
4. Maintain the testing environment, deploy and debug the testing environment;
5. Design and develop testing tools to innovate testing methods;
6. Complete the testing project summary and summary document.

Structural Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
1. Propose product improvement suggestions and new product development proposals;
2. Responsible for conducting feasibility studies on the mechanical aspects of new product development projects;
3. Design the product to meet the product design requirements;
4. Participate in tracking the product trial production process;
5. Participate in writing new product development reports;
6. Responsible for the technical improvement of the company's existing products in terms of mechanical structure and providing technical improvement reports;
7. Participate in writing standards for product mechanical structure;
8. Collect technical data related to mechanical structures and make necessary technical reserves;
9. Responsible for drawing structural engineering drawings, writing a complete set of product drawings, and outputting product design BOM;
10. Responsible for outsourcing the processing of mechanical structural components;
11. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
Qualifications for the position:
1. Educational requirements: College degree or above;
2. Professional requirements: Mechanical manufacturing and related majors;
3. Experience requirement: More than three years of experience in electronic product industrial design, able to independently design product appearance, with experience in military industry process work preferred;
4. Skill requirements:
1) Proficient in using design software such as UG, AUTOCAD, 3dmax, etc;
2) Proficient in using OFFICE office software, proactive, able to handle pressure, strong sense of responsibility, hardworking, and excellent teamwork spirit.
                        
Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the sales of company products, independently developing and expanding business, independently attracting investment through channels or platforms, and achieving the sales targets set by the company;
2. According to the company's marketing strategy, plan market sales reasonably, enhance product market recognition, and expand product market share;
3. Capable of independently planning, coordinating, and arranging departmental meetings and academic conferences;
4. Signing sales contracts, organizing, summarizing, and analyzing sales big data.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, with over 3 years of sales work experience;

Qualifications for the position:
